Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card on file is required to reserve a session (appointment) with our stylists. If you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice (via phone, text or email), the price of the session will be charged to the card on file. We send an e-mail reminder 3 days prior to your session and a confirmation text message 2 days prior to allow you adequate time to cancel.

Please note that we will not cancel your session should you fail to confirm, since some clients show up without confirming.  You are responsible for the price of your session in the event you do not confirm and in the event you do not receive our reminders.  You are also responsible for the entire time reserved.   (If you reserve a two hour session for example, and your stylist finishes in an hour and fifty minutes, you are still charged for two hours since that time cannot be re-sold).  You must cancel in accordance with our policy to avoid a charge. If we fill your session with another client, you will not be charged the cancellation fee.
