Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card on file is required to reserve a session with our stylists. If you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice (via phone, text or email), the price of the session will be charged to the card on file. We send an e-mail reminder 3 days prior to your session and a confirmation text message 2 days prior to allow you adequate time to cancel.  This policy is in place to ensure our commissioned stylists are paid when time is reserved on their schedule, since the can’t get the time back.

We will not cancel your session should you fail to confirm via our appointment reminders, since some clients show up without confirming.  You are responsible for the price of the time you reserved in the event you do not confirm and in the event you do not receive our reminders.

You are also responsible for the price of the entire time reserved unless you cancel according to our policy.  If you reserve multiple sessions on the same day, (cut and color for instance), you are responsible to pay for both sessions even if you show up and inform us you only want one of the sessions.
