I was born in Peru, moved to Northern Virginia at the age of 11 and then lived in Washington D.C. for over 10 years. Spanish is my first language; English my 2nd, and I’m currently learning Portuguese. I started working in a salon at the age of 17 and knew right away I wanted to do hair, so I went to beauty school and did a two year apprenticeship at one the top salons in D.C.
I specialize in natural blondes, all over blondes and vibrant reds. When I’m not in the salon you can find me hiking, kayaking, cooking or spending time with my cat “Pie”.
GLOSS or TONER for repeat clients only – a gloss is a color refresh that doesn’t cover gray or lighten hair. A toner deposits color on previously bleached hair to achieve a different color tonality.

SINGLE PROCESS COLOR – More than just root color. This is dimensional color through tonal and level variation, new growth gray coverage, color and ph balancing, and the appropriate treatment. Does not include any foils.

- new client – 2.5 hrs ($350) scheduled alone | 2 hrs ($280) when followed by cut
HIGHLIGHTS – lightening in foils. We don’t distinguish between partial and full highlights for your first visit. Your colorist will recommend a session time for repeat visits. (Usually less than your initial visit unless you are blessed with extremely long or thick hair.)

BALAYAGE – hand painted highlights. We don’t distinguish between partial and full balayage for your first visit. Your colorist will recommend a session time for repeat visits. (Usually less than your initial visit unless you are blessed with extremely long or thick hair.)

COLOR & HIGHLIGHTS – add color to your highlights

DOUBLE PROCESS – lightening of ½” to ¾” of new growth down to the scalp on previously lightened hair. For more than ¾” of new growth, or for first time double process from scalp to hair ends, see our Global Blonding service below.

GLOBAL BLONDING ~ ($140/hr) This service is about all things blonde. Not dark roots or lived in looks mind you, we’re talking blonde all over from scalp to ends. Shades can be anything from golden to ash to platinum. Global Blonding requires a $100 pre-paid consultation prior to the service to determine session length and pricing.
