We hire both experienced & new stylists and provide them with what they need at the different stages of their careers. We look for positive, self motivated people that love learning and don’t need to be managed. Nobody likes to manage and nobody wants to be managed.

Newer Stylists

If you're fresh out of school or a several years into your career but not busy, you won't have as much freedom when it comes to setting your prices and schedule because there are probably some things you need to master in order to thrive.

In our 20+ years of salon experience, we’ve witnessed that a lack of structure, skills training and guidance early on in a stylist’s career typically result in inefficient work habits, average skills, lots of openings and subpar paychecks. Problems like these turn what should be a fun, stimulating career into a not-so-fun grind of a job. Many stylists in this situation drop out of the industry.

Building a great clientele and making good money requires a professional attitude toward your career, exceptional technical skills, marketing/social media skills, great customer service and a learner’s mindset. We can teach you all of that and more if you’re willing to learn and work hard.
